COASTAL BODYWORKS named Winner of 2008 AutocheX Premier Achiever Award for Excellence in Customer Service and Satisfaction for the 2nd year in a row!
Pensacola, FL; November6, 2008—COASTAL BODY WORKS was recognized as a2008 AutocheX Premier Achiever for outstanding satisfaction at the 7thAnnual AutocheX Premier Award ceremony and reception on November 6, 2008 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event was held in conjunction with the International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE).
The Premier Achiever Award recognizes collision repair facilities that consistently demonstrate their commitment to customer service as reflected by their exceptionally high customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores. Based on the hundreds of thousands of customer satisfaction surveys AutocheX performed throughout 2007 and 2008,
COASTAL BODY WORKS is one of only 382collision repair shops in North America to be named an AutocheX Premier Achiever.
The Class of 2008 Premier Achievers attained customer satisfaction index scores in the top five percent of facilities that use the AutocheX service throughout the United States and Canada. They include collision repair facilities of all sizes, from small, family-run businesses to large consolidators. They come from 27 states and every region of the United States, as well as British Columbia, Canada.
